I understand that the WebCT page for this course is now available. If you are registered for the course but do not have access to it, please email WebCT@stu.ca. According to the stu-info.ca website students should have access to webCT course materials that were posted before Xmas, as mine was.
The course outline is on WebCT. Obviously, some content will have to changed, and the dates are will need to be corrected, but the course will initially proceed in the order listed. There are course readings listed on the page. These will help focus your readings - but what you want to be able to do is answer the"Test preparation Questions". These questions will help focus your readings. Many of the answers may not be directly in the textbook, but they will be covered in class. Ultimately, you should be able to answer all of the questions. The textbook, by Stephen Marshak"Portrait of a Planet" is a suggested reading. You can buy it, but it is not compulsory - though will help. There are two copies in the science Library, at the Reserve desk - on 2 hour checkout loan.
